SUPREME COURT

WELLINGTON SESSION. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, June 11. The following prisoners were sentenced by the Chief Justice at the Supreme Court to-day:— James Julian East, seven charges of theft at Waipukurau, reformative detention not exceeding three years. Bert Teague and William Edward Tinkler, breaking, entering and theft at Wellington, attempted breaking and entering with intent to commit a crime, two years hard. Thomas Francis McLaughlin and Edward John Duggan, theft at Wellington, twelve months hard. Basil Trevor Wood, breaking, entering and theft, two charges at Palmerston North, sent to Borstal for three years.
