ALLEGED BURGLARY

YOUNG MAN ARRESTED. (Per United Press Association.) ♦ Auckland, June 9. William Reece Campbell, aged 22, charged with breaking and entering Alex Costello’s clothiery, Karangahape Road, and stealing two suits valued at £9, was remanded to the 16th. The safe was removed from the main shop to a back room on Tuesday night and resisted all attempts to open it. It contained £5O and documents. Accused was arrested in a pawnbroker’s, allegedly attempting to dispose of one of the missing suits.
