PERMANENTS AND CASUALS. UNION REGISTRATION REFUSED. (Rec. 11.30 p.m.) Melbourne, May 7. Judge Beeby in the Commonwealth Arbitration Court gave judgment against the registration of the Permanent and Casual Wharf Labourers’ Union on the ground that at the time of application the membership did not reach 100 as required by law. —A. and N.Z.
