ROOM MATES THE VICTIMS. (Per United Press Association.) Christchurch, April 5. Edward Joseph Foley, who appeared in the Court in stolen clothes, was charged with a series of thefts involving goods valued in all £26. Foley’s specialty had been stealing from room mates and he had changed his address frequently, leaving behind a long trail of thefts. Mr Mosley, S.M., sent him to the Borstal for two years.
