THE GORE RETICULATION. PROTEST LODGED AGAINST SALE. It is understood that a number of ratepayers of Gore have lodged a petition with the Prime Minister protesting against the sale of the reticulation by the Gore Borough Council to the Southland Electric Power Board. The petitioners have asked that consent to the. sale be withheld until a poll of the ratepayers is taken.
