PERSLLN RAILWAY
BIG PROJECT UNDER CONSIDERATION (Rec. 7.40 p.m.) Geneva, September 27. A party of English, Swiss and American engineers is preceding to Persia to study the proposed construction of a railway from Teheran to the Persian Gulf at an estimated cost of £6,000,000.
