CONFERENCE AT PALMERSTON NORTH. SCRUB BULL QUESTION. (Per United Press Association.) Palmerston North, June 17. At the instigation of the Friesian Association a conference of breeders of all dairy stock held this morning to consider the scrub bull question decided that the meeting did not favour eliminating the scrub bull by legislation. A committee was set up to report on the question to a general meeting of breeders at the Royal Show. The committee is also to formulate a scheme for the federation of breed societies to work in the interests of the industry.
