PARLIAMENT OPENS. PROTECTION FOR FOREIGNERS. Cairo, June 11. At the Parliamentary inauguration there was a peaceful speech from the Throne. The Government intends to enforce respect for the Constitution and to safeguard the rights of foreigners. It especially aims to re-establish cordial Anglo-European relations.
