FULL COURT DECISION. INFRINGEMENT OF COPYRIGHT. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.) MELBOURNE, June 11. The Full Court gave an important decision regarding wireless broadcasting. The Campbell Company, Sydney, sought to restrain the Associated Radio Company of Australia from distributing from Melbourne musical compositions (sung or performed) of which the plaintiff claimed the copyright. 'The Court held that the defendants had infringed the plaintiffs’ copyright by doing something which the plaintiffs had the sole right to do, and granted the injunction sought, with costs.
