To the Editor. Sir, —Your report in to-day’s paper does I not say why the evidence of the other bro- • ther (there were three Marlows in the car) : was not taken or given. I presume he was I not sworn. This must be got in the public I interest, for the reasons already given.—l ' am, etc., WILLIAM HANDYSIDE.
