TROUBLE IN INDIA
RIVAL FACTIONS CLASH. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Sun Cable). DELHI, September 11. (Received September 12, 1.30 a.m.) 111-feeling between Hindus and Mohammedans at Kohat culminated in rioting, in which it is reported that 20 were killed. The bazaars were looted and burned. A military force has been sent from Peshawur to quell the outbreaks.
