In the City Police Ccurt to-day, Leonard Clement, a one-armed man, was sentenced to one month’s imprisonment with hard labour for being found on the private premises of George. Markby without lawful excuse. After hearing evidence, Mr J. S. Bartholomew, 8 M., said that accused was evidently not on the premises for theft, so he must be something in the nature of a pervert of the “Peeping Tom” type.
