FOOTBALL MATCH.

To the Editor. Sir, —I must thank “Spectator” for his able legal advice which many have neither time nor inclination to follow. Traffic regulation was not touched upon, but want of any attention to what was taking place in the grandstand while a bevy of police stood together in front of the stand and, when called upon, took no definite action. After reading “Spectator’s” letter one can easily imagine a considerable portion of grandstand engaged in a “donnybrook” while police’s attention was directed elsewhere. I am, etc., “SPECTATOR.”
