THE VISIT TO CANADA (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) VICTORIA (8.C.), June 23. The people of British Columbia’s capital turned out to-day and gave joyous acclaim to the marines of the British Fleet who, headed by their own band, paraded the principal streets.
- An elaborate series of functions for officers and men has been arranged. The Fleet leaves for Vancouver on June 25.
