Mr Harris stated that an honourable understanding existed between the liquor party and the Prohibitionists that there should be a third issue, namely, State Control. Mr Falkiner said this had repeatedly bw denied. Mr Lee said he would state his viewi when he knew what was proposed. 'Fhe policy of the Labour Party would be hig policy. Mr Jordan said the Labour Party had no policy on the liquor question.
