(Received November 19, 10.0 p.m.) The Paris correspondent of the Daily Express says that the Queen of Roumania is endeavouring to crown her Royal matchmaking career by arranging the marrive of her youngest daughter to the youthful King of Bulgaria. Queen Marie would thus control the four Balkan thrones.
