UNEMPLOYMENT DEBATE. STRANGERS CAUSE INTERRUPTION. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright). (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) CAPETOWN, June 19. During a debate on unemployment in th* Assenfffly an extraordinary scene oeourred. Three 9 men from Johannesburg chained themselves to the bars in the strangers’ gallery and began to addrees tbe House, protesting against the Government’s policy. The Speaker suspended the sitting, and the police were called in and removed the intruders, who were allowed to go after being admonished by the Sergeant-at-Anna.
