FURTHER OPPOSITION. (Per United Press Association). PALMERSTON NORTH, June 19. At the annual meeting of the Dairy Proprietary Association of New Zealand, the following was carried:—That this Association is strongly opposed to the proposed Dairy Produce Control Bill, or any other form of compulsory control of marketing of dairy productive. The Association believes that improvements in shipping could be effected by the formation of a Shipping Board, representative of the whole industry, and it is proposed that the executive should meet representatives of the co-operative interests and other associations with the object of moving, along these lines.
