BLUE BOWLER WORN. LONDON, June 1. The Prince of Wales has set a new fashion in hats for London and the Empire. It will be remembered that, while he was in Australia, His Royal Highness frequently wore a bowler. While he will retain this type of hat, he has decided to replace the usual one of a sombre dark shade with one of blue. The Prince is adopting this new blue bowler, because it will match the colouriof his overcoat. A big demand for blue bowler hals will doubtless be created throughout the Empire
