ELECTORAL REFORM. APPROVAL OF PRINCIPLE. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright). (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) ROME, June 17. The Parliamentary Commission appointed to examine details of the new electoral reform measure, approved of the general principle by ten to eight. Giolitti, Salandra and Orlando, voted with the majority and the Catholics and Socialists with the minority. The Chamber meets early in July to consider the Commission’s report.
