Mr P. de la Perrelle, M.P., recently asked the Prime Minister whether, seeing it was a matter of finance, he would take steps to lessen the cost of explosives to users m the Dominion. The Right Hon. Mr Massey has now replied as follows This matter is at present under inquiry, both by the Chief Inspector of Explosives and the Department of Industries and Commerce.
