LABOUR GETS A START. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) OTTAWA, June 16. (Received June 17, 11.15 p.m.) Canadian Labour won its first recognition in the Dominion House of Commons, when the Speaker recognised Mr Woodsworth, the Labour member, whom his confreres acknowledged as their leader. With the accession to this prestige, it is planned to place several Labour candidates in the field at the next Dominion election, which ■will mark a divorcement of Labour organisation from the United Farmers, Liberals and Conservatives as well as the collapse of the movement to aid to secure disruption of Labour.
