FOOTBALL

TO-DAY’S MATCHES. Followers of Rugby are promised two splendid games for the opening of the reorganised Saturday competition at RugbyPark to-day. Both matches will commence at 2.45 p.m., On No. 1 area Pirates will meet the greatly improved suburban representatives—Waikiwi, and an exciting match should result. On No. 2 Area two of the leading junior teams Pirates and Woodend will try conclusions.—Advt.
