LAST OF CAPTIVES RELEASED. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright). (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) PEKIN, June 12. A Tsaochwang telegram says the bandits released eight foreign captives, the last of those kidnapped, including two British citizens, Fred Elias, a Shanghai broker, and Reginald Rowlatt, of Birmingham, Tientsin manager for Reiss and Co. AMERICAN CONFIRMATION. WASHINGTON, June 12. (Received June 13, 9.15 p.m.) The State Department received confirmation of the release of captives by the Chinese bandits.
