SINKING OF RUM SHIP. "DEAD” CAPTAIN SEEN. VANCOUVER, May 28. Vhe sinking of the rum ship John Dwight, on the Massachusetts coast, in April, is now believed to have been deliberate. The captain, who was supposed to have been drowned, has been recently seen in Cuba. The authorities are seeking him and his associates, and haMe charged them with being responsible for the deaths by drowning of the crew of eight and of James Craven, a liquor dealer, who was aboard the vessel. Craven is known to have had £15,000 in a money belt. The money was not found on the mutilated body, which was washed ashore.
