PRINCE OF WALES

VISIT TO SOUTH AFRICA. NOT PLANNED THIS YEAR. LONDON, May 27. The Daily Mail i sauthorised to deny a statement that the Prince of Wales is going to South Africa in 1923. The date of his visit depends od the decision of General Smuts, the South African Prime Minister, regarding a propitious time, but it will be within the next three years. The Prince of Wales will act as best man to the Marquis of Worcester, whose marriage to Lady May Cambridge is fixed for June 16. A deluge of engagements has seriously overtaxed the Prince’s strength of late, and his medical advisers are permitting him to attend only the most important of these.
