HON. DOWNIE STEWARTS ADDITIONAL PORTFOLIO. (Per United Press Association). WELLINGTON, June 11. The Prime Minister announced to-day that Hon Downie Stewart, Minister of Customs and Internal Affairs, has been appointed also Minister of Industries and Commerce. It is understood that no definite decision has yet been arrived at regarding the appointment of Minister of Lands.
