, MURDER OF BRITISH OFFICERS. ARRESTS MADE IN AFGHANISTAN. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright). (Reuter’s Telegrams.) DELHI, June 10. An official report from Kabul states that two Shinwaris tribesmen, who are accused of the murders of Majors Orr and Anderson of the Seaforth Highlanders at the beginning of April, have been arrested by the Afghan authorities and sent to Jellahabad for trial. The Afghan Government has informed the British Minister at Kabul that the immediate arrest has been ordered of the perpetrators of recent murders of Britishers at Kohat and the Khyber Pass, who have sought refuge in Afghanistan.
