(Received June 7, 7.45 p.m.) A communique states that the two Governments have settled a programme for new measures to accentuate pressure in the Ruhr and compel Germany to fulfil her obligations. MORE RAILWAY STATIONS OCCUPIED. RAILWAYMEN REFUSE TO WORK. (Reuter’s Telegrams.) BERLIN, June 6. French troops occupied the railway stations at Herne Wanne, Gelsenkirchen, Kartemberg and Altenessen, which are closed, thus putting out of action the last important railway line in the Ruhr. German railwaymen refused an offer to continue work. Some have been expelled. The remainder are at present locked up in waiting rooms.
