THE PASSION PLAY
SEASON AT OBERAMMERGAU (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. C’able Association). BERLIN, October 1. The receipts totalled 21,090,000 marks, but it is doubtful if that amount will cover the heavy expenses. Nevertheless George Lang, the manager, has declined an American company’s renewed offer of several million marks for the rights of filming the performances.
