INCREASES SHOWN. POSTAL'RISE AND TELEGRAPH FALL. The revenue collected at the New Zealand Post and Telegraph Offices for the March quarter was over £20,000 greater than that collected in the corresponding period a year ago. On the postal side there was an increase of nearly £28,000, but the telegraph business fell away by about £6OOO.

The excess of withdrawals over deposits was £391,063. In the 1921 quarter £7,893,358 was deposited and £7,501,715 withdrawn.
