INQUIRY INTO ADMINISTRATION. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, May 5. For some time past the Tramways Committee has been conducting an inquiry into the running of the city tramways. The Committee has almost concluded its deliberations, and has in course of preparation a report which is somewhat voluminous. It is unlikely that any radical alterations in the present system of administration will be recommended to the City Council.
