UTILISATION OF WESTERN RESERVE. RECOMMENDATION TO TOWN COUNCIL. A clause in the Public Werks Committee’s report, which will be presented at to-mor-row night’s meeting of the Town Council states :With reference to a letter from the Railways Department in connection with the Spey Street metal siding, recemmendc that the Borough solicitors be instructed to take the necessary steps to promote a local Bill, for the purpose of enabling the Council to atilise the Western Reserve as a site for tepid baths and a public siding and store etc.
