BORSTAL INSTITUTION

INSPECTED BY MINISTER OF JUSTICE. GOOD WORK ACHIEVED. A visit of inspection was paid to the Invercargill Borstal Institution by the Minister of Justice, the Hon. E. P. Lee, yesterday.
