REVOLUTIONARY SOCIALISTS ARRESTED SMUGGLING FOOD TO GAOLS (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) COPENHAGEN, March 28. A hundred prominent Socialists, some rf the revolutionary type, have been arrested in Petrograd. They belong to an organisation concerned in smuggling food to political prisoners in Petrograd gaols.
