MEDICAL OFFICER SHOT BY TRIBESMEN. (By Telegraph—Press. Assn. —Copyright.) (Reuter’s Telegrams.) DELHI, November 17. Colonel Ffoulks of the Indian medical service, serving with the Kohat Brigade, was shot dead by tribesmen in his bungalow on November 15. His wife was badly wounded, but was subsequently released.
