LAND AGENT’S CLAIM

CHRISTCHURCH, August 20

At the Supreme Court, before Mr Justice Herdmau, Henry Cook, land agent, claimed moneys alleged to be due under a promissory note, and also commicsion on the sale of two properties. The defendant was Frank Meyer, sheepfarmer, at Kekerangu, Nelson. The jury found for the plaintiff for the full amount claimed, £1350 12/6.
