MR HANAN PRESENTS PETITION. (Special to the Times.) WELLINGTON, September 5. A petition signed by 2250 persons was presented to the House of Representatives to-day by the Hon. J. A. Hanan, asking that all members of the Main Body of the New Zealand Expeditionary Force, now on service outside the Dominion, and all members of succeeding reinforcements which may from time to time be over three years on active service, be returned to New Zealand on six months’ furlough in the Dominion.
