Received September 6, 1.10 a.m. Lloyd's Register shows that 63 new British ships, mostly of large tonnage, have been added to the register within six weeks. Received September 6, 1.20 a.m. The French and British Governments have agreed to the unrestricted exchange of imports, with specified exceptions. RHINE-DANUBE CANAL AMSTERDAM, September 5. Received September 5, 11.10 p*m. The King of Bavaria, -in a speech at Nuremburg, announced the construction of the Rhine-Danube canal, which would be navigable by 1200 ton ships.
