Hlnemoa will ship stores on Tuesday for Centre Island and Puysegur Point only. She returns to Bluff and will then proceed to West Coast Sounds and bays. A new shipping concern, Messrs H. ,W. Brown and Co., of Vimcouver, are at present Inaugurating a timber service between British Columbia and Australian ports. The company, which is subsidised by the Government of British Columbia, is building a Ileet of 12 vessels of about 200u tons gross register, fitted with twin screws and Bolinder engines, to burn crude oil, equipped with five masts and fitted with one fore and aft sail each, to transport Washington fir across the Pacific. The vessels are to be built of pine, and will have a speed of about seven knots loaded, and without sail, and of 12 knots with engines and •all. (Per United Press Association.) ONEHUNGA, April 27.
