WIZARD ADVERTISEMENTS

WRITTEN BY USERS. “ACETYLENE GAS IS PROHIBITIVE.” That’s what a prominent user of the famous 'Wizard Hollow-wire system says. Prospective users hear so many conflicting opinions that our readers will peruse with interest the undermentioned personal testimonies as to th« vast superiority of this famous PetrolGas system. In April, 1914, the first “Wizard” Lighting System to be used in New ZeaA land was installed in Messrs Rose Bros.’ store at Tirau, Waikato, and after two years of continuous service Messrs Ros* Eros, sent the following report: — Two years ago we had a "Wizard” Lighting System installed in our and a year later you fitted another “Wizard” plant in our private house. It is with great pleasure that we are able to state that your system ha* proved to be all that could be desired for shop and house lighting. The iargs Acetylene Plant which we threw out of the store when we bought tho “Wizard” did not give half the light we are now getting, while THE COST OF RUNNING was three to four time*GREATER. With the present cost of carbide the cost of Acetylene Light would be prohibitive. We have not had a moment’s trouble with the "Wizard” Lamps, and a couple of minues every second day is all that is required t* keep them in perfect order. (Signed) ROSE BROS. (LTD.), General Storekeepers, Tirau, Waikato. On June 1, 1915, the fine hall ’erected by the Salvation Army at Trentham Camp was illuminated with a “Wizard” Plant. This building is the finest in Trentham, and is used for all official gatherings, concerts, etc. The following is Captain Garner’s opinion:— Dear Sir, —It is with great pleasure that I write to let you know' how* satisfactory the “Wizard" Lights are proving. We have not had one moment of trouble with them, and the men are delighted w’ith the soft light. e also find the lamps most economical, and in every way the best light we have ever had in any of our marquees or institutes. — (Signed) CAPTAIN E. L. GARNER, Trentham Military Camp, Trentham. Those desiring further particulars are advised to write to the X.Z. & WIZARD AGENCIES, LTD., Box 309, G.P.0., Dunedin. Managing Director, G. A. WILSON.
