Received March 7, 10.25 p.m. The Berliner Tageblatt insists that colossal military preparations and immense quantities of guns and ammunition are being concentrated on the Russian front. The paper is convinced that all the Russian armies will open a simultaneous offensive shortly, and believes that the Germans and Austrians on the eastern front will be very sorely tried.
