SENATE MINORITY HOOTED. DEMONSTRATION IN FAVOUR OF WAR. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright) (Australian & N.Z. Cable Association.) NEW YORK, March 6. Received March 7, 12.40 a.m. A great mass demonstration was held to protest against the action of the Senate minority. The crowd cheered allusions to the possibility of war, sang patriotic songs, and hooted the Senate. The meeting passed a resolution, with tumultuous applause, condemning the pacificists and demanding that America answer Germany with armed force.
