(The wharf lumpers announced that they would not load flour at Melbourne, where a large quantity is waiting shipment to the order of the Imperial authorities, until the price of bread was reduced to 6d per loaf.) BOOT PRICES RAISED. SYDNEY, February 15. Manufacturers have decided to advance the price of boots owing to the high cost of leather. DUNTROON MILITARY COLLEGE. MELBOURNE, February 15.
