WHARF LABOURERS AND BREAD PRICES. BARRIER MINERS RESUME. (By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright) MELBOUNE. February 15. The Waterside Works’ Federation has been summoned to show cause for a breach of its award in refusing to load flour. - Bakers have decided to increase the price of bread to Sd. The Barrier mines have resumed. (The wharf lumpers announced that they would not load flour at Melbourne, where a large quantity is waiting shipment to the order of the Imperial authorities, until the price of bread was reduced to 6d per loaf.) BOOT PRICES RAISED. SYDNEY, February 15. Manufacturers have decided to advance the price of boots owing to the high cost of leather. DUNTROON MILITARY COLLEGE. MELBOURNE, February 15. The annual report of Duntroon College, shows that 17-cadets have been commis-
sioned for service in the Expeditionary Forces.
