TREATY OF ARBITRATION. (Times and Sydney Sun Service). LONDON. April 27. Received April 2S. 5.5 p.m. The Petit Parisien is officially informed that an arbitration treaty has been concluded between Switzerland and Italy, referring all disputes to The Hague.
