CRIMINAL SITTINGS AT HAMILTON. (Per United Press Association.) HAMILTON, June 35. A .young native, Tu Pomrare, of Huntly, was sentenced to 3 8 imprisonment at Hamilton Supreme Court today before Mr Justice Edwards for the theft of a gold chain and brief bag. William Ready, a youth, and Issac Hunt, an elderly half-caste, were acquitted on charges of indencent assault on girls under 16. W. Stome, of Hawera. convicted of the theft of a horse, and S. Carter, of Te Aroha convicted of the theft of three cows, were admitted to probation.
