Co., agents. The Maunganul arrived at 10.45 yesterday morning from Melbourne, via Hobart. She experienced good weather during the whole of the trip, and brought the following cargo:—llS' cases tea. 70 cases lexlas, 100 boxes sultanas. 2S cases fruit. 4S pkgs vehicular material. 2S pieces timber, 5 octaves whisky, 3 fish boxes, and a quantity of sundries. She sailed last night, taking with her 2000 ft timber. 1694 sacks oats, 180 cases fish. 92 bales hemp, 250 hales hides. ISS cases preserved milk. The WiUochra from northern ports berthed at 10.45 a.m. yesterday, and had the following inward cargo to discharge; —sl cases apples. 90 boxes butter. 913 bars pig iron. 23 hag peanuts. 120 bags rice. 84 cases sultanas. 18 hogsheads ale. and a quantity of benzine and sundries. Phe sailed at 6.15 n.m. with following loading: oysters. 225 cases fish, 890 sacks oats, and 150 sacks seed.

The Waimate, which was expected to reach Bluff several da.vs ago. has been delayed at northern ports, and will not reach this port before Wednesday. She loads cargo for London. On account of the Kaster holidays the Intercolonial time-table, so far at least as Bluff is concerned, will next week undergo a slight alteration. The T'limaroa from Melbourne is due on Sunday, and the Moeraki from Sydney ■will not arrive until Tuesday morning. Advice has been received by the local agents for the Tyser Line that the liner Star of Ireland, which left Wellington on the 10th February for London, via ■Way ports, arrived at her destination on "Wednesday last. The barometer rose on Saturday, but fell again for a westerly storm area, which passed in the south on Sunday, night. Rain has fallen in most parts of the country, and a little snow on the higher levels in the southern districts. Present indications are for a temporary improvement, the southerly winds decreasing and changing soon to increasing northerlies and westerlies, with n falling barometer everywhere, and more unsettled weather is likely to follow shortly.
