BLAMED FOR THROWING BOMBS, By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. LONDON, January 24. Received 25th, 5.5 p.m. A watchman at the extensive conservatory in the Glasgow Botanic Gardens extinguished a bomb. A second one burst at another point, and destroyed much glass and many valuable plants. The outrage Is attributed to suffragettes. WOMEN’S COURTS, AN AMERICAN INNOVATION. NEW YORK, January 2i Received 25th, 5.5 p.m. Women’s courts have been inaugurated at Saint Louis to try cases of women and girls involved in minor offences. Two women judges have already been appointed.
