A WIDESPREAD FAMINE. (Times —Sydney Sun Special Cable.) \EW YORK. January 21. The New Vork Tribune states that there is widespread famine in the Mexican Slate of Sinaloa. Hundreds of people arc dying of starvation daily. Many women are killing their babies in desperation and then committing suicide.
