TRAFFICKING WITH FOREIGNERS. (By Telegraph.—Pres* Association. —Copyright). LONDON, December 29. Marsh and Ya.rwood, workmen at Brunner, Mond and Co.'s, have been arrested on a charge of trafficking with foreigners regarding secret papers dealing with the firm's experiments. Yarwood was fined £IOO, and sentence on Marsh was deferred pending other charges. BELLING PLANS. BERLIN, December 29. Koehler, a draughtsman, has been arrested. He atempted to sell drawings of the airship Telemeter to Britain and Russia. _______________
